In covered baking dish, put wheat, salt and water. Bake
at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Add rice and cook for 1 more hour. Saute
hamburger, onions and green pepper until almost done. Add
tomato sauce and water and then add to wheat mixture. Bake at
350 degrees for 10 minutes.
