TURKEY SLOPPY JOES 1 Tbsp. diet margarine 1 lb. fresh ground turkey 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 12 toasted buns Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet. Add the ground turkey and cook over low heat until browned. Then add the chopped vegetables and continue to cook until tender. Stir in the soup, salt and pepper; cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve on toasted buns. Makes 12 servings; 223 calories per 1 serving.
