QUICK BEEF STEW ON RICE|
2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked roast
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. hot water
1 beef bouillon cube
4 medium carrots, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed
2 c. hot cooked fluffy
Saute beef cubes and green pepper in butter. Stir in
flour. Combine water and bouillon cube. Bring to boil. Pour
over beef and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients except
rice. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4. One
serving equals 482 calories.
