MACARONI AND CHEESE 1 3/4 c. uncooked macaroni 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. shredded American cheese (8 oz.) 1/2 c. skim milk Cook macaroni in boiling salted water. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Sprinkle layer of macaroni and grated cheese. Pour milk over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir once or twice during baking. Serves 5 at 314 calories each. Contains 2 medium fat meats and 2 breads.
