TURKEY CHILI

1 Tbsp. diet margarine
1 1/4 lb. fresh ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
16 oz. chopped tomatoes,
undrained
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Melt the margarine in a heavy nonstick skillet. Add the
turkey, onion and peppers and brown them slowly. Then add the
tomatoes (with juice) and the seasonings. Cover and simmer for
15 minutes. Makes 6 servings at 215 calories per serving.
