1/4 c. butter, divided
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. diced turkey
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
2 c. fine noodles, cooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. soft buttered bread

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan; add mushrooms
and cook 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually stir
in milk; add cube. Cook, stirring until thickens and comes to
a boil. Remove from heat; stir in Tabasco sauce. Place
turkey, pimento and noodles in a shallow baking dish. Pour
mushroom sauce over all. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with
remaining butter. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs around edge.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Serves 4.
