1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 or 4 medium potatoes
Boil and mash potatoes. Mix all ingredients with 1/2
can of soup. Spread in pie pan. Bake 25 minutes. Pour off
fat. Spread and fold potatoes on top of baked meat; spread
other 1/2 soup on potatoes and grate or chop cheese on top of
soup. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts. Bake at 350 degrees.
