CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef,
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small chopped onion
Bake in 2 quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top
