5 Tbsp. corn oil
1 c. coarsely chopped onion
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
3 jalapenos, chopped fine
4 cans stewed tomatoes
4 cans kidney beans, with
1 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in oil. Add beef
and brown; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and
