12 flour tortillas
1/2 c. oil
3 large cans Las Palmas
enchilada sauce
2 1/2 lb. ground round
1 can sliced olives
1 can chopped olives
grated cheese
1 medium onion, chopped

Fry tortillas in hot oil (lightly), then dip in heated
Las Palmas sauce. Put meat, chopped onion and olives on
tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll and place in baking
dish, seam down. Pour remaining sauce on top. Bake in 350 degrees
oven until bubbling. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
