1 lb. ground beef
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp. chili powder
salt, pepper, garlic powder to
king size corn chips
1 head lettuce
2 c. grated cheese
Cook beef in a skillet until browned. Add vegetables
and seasonings. Simmer until tender. Add soup and simmer a
few minutes more.
To Serve: Place lettuce on plate. Top with corn chips
and spoon meat mixture on next. Top with grated cheese.
