1 doz. corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Las Palmas hot sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar
Brown ground beef with diced onion and drain slightly.
Combine in a bowl with soups, milk and hot sauce. Line bottom
of 3 quart casserole with 3 or 4 tortillas and alternate layers
with meat mixture; topping with meat mixture. Cover with
Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
