MEXICAN CHICKEN PATTIES

1 lb. boneless, raw chicken
breasts, ground
1 apple, shredded
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. parsley (Patch Mexican
Blend)
1 tsp. parsley (Patch Popcorn
Blend)
1 egg
1 tsp. hot 'n spicy
black pepper to taste

Mix by hand all ingredients. Form into medium sized
patties and cook in skillet sprayed with Pam. Use a low heat
as they burn easily. Entire recipe should make 8 patties.
Make these up ahead of time and freeze, then cook outdoors on
the grill.
