CHICKEN AND SAUERKRAUT
chicken breast fillet or
boneless thigh meat
1 (No. 2) can sauerkraut
1 c. grated cheese (white)
1 small jar French dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Moisten bottom of pan or baking dish with dressing. Put
chicken in, then salt and pepper. Drain sauerkraut; cover meat
with sauerkraut. Spread balance of dressing once, sauerkraut,
then cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until you
