2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
broccoli, cooked lightly
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs
In a 10 x 13-inch casserole, layer the cooked broccoli
and chicken in bottom. Mix the soups, mayonnaise and curry in
a small bowl and pour over chicken. Top with cheese and
sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
