8 to 9 zucchini (less if home
1 small carton sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing

Parboil zucchini (sliced). Mix together sour cream and
mushroom soup. Put 1/2 vegetables in 13 x 9-inch glass pan,
then 1/2 soup mixture. Repeat. Take box Stove Top stuffing.
Mix dry crumbs, seasoning packet and amount of butter called
for on box (melted). Sprinkle over vegetable and soup mix.
Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
