6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. onions
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
Melt together cream cheese, evaporated milk, lemon
juice, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Drain noodles and
add cream cheese mixture. Put in 2 quart casserole. Brown
meat and onions. Add tomato sauce and catsup. Put meat
mixture on top of macaroni. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
