4 oz. or 2 c. cooked and
drained noodles
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. paprika

In small bowl, soften cream cheese at High 15 to 20
seconds. Set aside. In 2 quart casserole, combine ground
beef, onion, celery and green pepper. Microwave at High 4 to 6
minutes or until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Stir to break up meat; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, cottage
cheese, cream cheese, salt, basil, pepper and noodles. Micro-
wave at High 4 minutes; stir. Top with sliced tomato if
desired. Microwave at High 4 to 7 minutes uncovered or until
hot and bubbly. Place sliced tomato to 1 side. Stir in sour
cream. Sprinkle with paprika and rearrange tomato slices on
top. Microwave at 50 degrees (Medium) 2 to 3 minutes or until heated
