1 lb. sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Take crust off of bread before cubing it. Place cubed
bread in bottom of 7 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle sausage
on bread. Beat 6 eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. Pour over
bread and sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking,
sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cover with aluminum foil before baking.
