2 c. milk
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, crumbled and
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices French bread,
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Make a custard of eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix crumbled bread, cheese and meat. Put into a 9 x 13-inch
pan. Pour custard mixture over meat mixture. Cover with foil
and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45
minutes, uncovered. Very good for a brunch.
