HAMBURGER RICE CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger
1 medium chopped onion
1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger in 10-inch skillet with onion and
celery. Drain fat and season with pepper and soy sauce. Place
in 2 or 3 quart casserole dish along with the rice. Mix soups
with 1/2 can water and pour over hamburger and rice. Mix well.
Place noodles on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. May be
made ahead of time and refrigerated, but if so don't add the
noodles until you are ready to bake it.
