MACARONI-'N'-MEAT PIE

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. uncooked oats
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. macaroni and cheese
(7 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tomato

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ground beef with ketchup,
oats, water and Worcestershire sauce. Stir chopped onion and
beaten egg into meat along with 1 teaspoon salt. Pat into a
9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare macaro-
ni and cheese according to package directions, adding a beaten
egg after the cheese has been stirred in. Remove pie plate
from oven and carefully drain off excess fat. Spoon macaroni
and cheese into meat shell and sprinkle on 1 tablespoon Parme-
san cheese. Cut tomato into wedges and arrange on top. Return
to oven and bake 10 minutes more. Cut into wedges.
