BEEF MACARONI 1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped salt and pepper to taste 1 small pkg. shell macaroni (1 1/2 c.) 4 oz. Velveeta cheese 2 tsp. chili powder Brown ground beef in large heavy skillet. Pour off grease. Add onions and green peppers and 1/4 soup can water. Add seasonings; continue to cook. In the meantime, cook the macaroni according to directions on package; drain. Stir sour cream and cheese into beef mixture. Stir until melted. Add macaroni and stir. This is good served hot or warm. It reheats well.
