CHICKEN CASSEROLE

6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
pinch of salt
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can asparagus pieces
2 c. crushed Cheez-Its

Boil chicken until well done. Remove from bone and line
bottom of casserole. Add 1 can asparagus. Mix soups, mayon-
naise, olives, salt and chestnuts together and pour over
chicken and asparagus. Top with crushed Cheez-Its. Cook at
400 degrees until bubbly. Serves 12 or more.
