MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
16 oz. bag Doritos chips,
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Ro-Tel
Layer broken chips, then chicken in greased casserole
dish. Combine soups and Ro-Tel; pour over chicken. Top with
shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
Some add chicken broth or onion bits or chopped bell
