CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

3 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 c. rice, uncooked
4 chicken breasts, cooked and
diced
2 cans water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt butter and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle Lipton
soup mix over butter, then sprinkle rice over soup mix. Place
chicken over rice. Combine water and mushroom soup and pour
over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last 10 minutes, sprinkle
cheese over casserole if desired.
