1 head lettuce, torn up
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
3 chicken breasts, cooked and
1/4 c. almonds
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
chow mein noodles
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. m.s.g.
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix lettuce, onions and chicken. Toast nuts and sesame
seed in butter and add to salad. Mix dressing and pour over
salad at the last minute. Serve with noodles.
