GERMAN SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE

3 c. (6 oz.) medium egg
noodles
3 qt. boiling water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
(4 oz.)
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'n Serve
sausages
1 can condensed cream of
celery soup
1 c. drained sauerkraut, 8 oz.
(homemade works great)

Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water
so that water continues to boil. Cook, uncovered, stirring
occasionally until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, brown sausages according to package direc-
tions. Combine condensed soup, sauerkraut, cheese and caraway
seed; mix with cooked noodles and place in a greased 1 1/2
quart casserole. Arrange sausages on top and bake at 350 degrees for
30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
