LASAGNA

2 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
2 c. tomato paste
1 large can stewed tomatoes
2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
and drained
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese,
sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese or
cottage cheese

Brown beef and onion, then add tomato paste and stewed
tomatoes. Simmer for 2 hours. Alternate layers of lasagna,
Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sauce and Ricotta cheese,
ending with sauce and Ricotta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Yield: 8 to 12 servings.
