MEXICAN CHICKEN PIE

1 whole chicken, boiled
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag nachos or Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel

Boil and debone chicken, place 1 layer chips in an
oblong casserole dish. Next place 1 layer chicken, 1 layer
onion, cheese. Mix soups and Ro-Tel in a saucepan and bring to
a boil. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over all layers in casserole
dish. Repeat another layer as before. Pour rest of soup
mixture over casserole and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
