CHICKEN POT PIE

1st layer: 2 cups cooked chicken.
2nd layer: 1 can whole kernel corn.
3rd layer: 1 can English peas, drained.
4th layer: 1 1/2 cups cooked diced potatoes.
5th layer: 2 cups chopped onions.
6th layer: 1 can drained carrots, if desired.
In large pan, 11 x 17-inches, melt 3/4 stick margarine.
Place layers in order on butter. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk or
chicken broth over layers.
7th layer: 3 cans cream of chicken soup. Mix 1 cup
plain flour, 1 cup milk and 3/4 cup mayonnaise and pour over
top of layers. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
