1 1/2 lb. hoop cheese
1 egg
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
1 bag elbow macaroni noodles

Grate cheese and set aside. Cook noodles until tender
and done, drain water off and add egg, milk, margarine, salt
and pepper. Stir until mixed well. Then pour half of noodles
in casserole dish, top with half of cheese, then add remaining
noodles and top with remaining cheese. Put in oven and bake
until cheese is brown and bubbling, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
