1 c. raw rice
1/4 c. corn oil
3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped green
3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped celery
3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped green
1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
1 to 2 tsp. fresh minced
parsley for garnish
chopped green onions for

Cook rice by package directions, set aside. Heat corn
oil in large skillet. Add onions, celery and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat until golden and slightly tender. Do not
overcook!! Add rice, chicken paprika and fresh pepper; cook
until nicely browned. Add parsley and cook 1 additional
minute. Place on serving plate and garnish with parsley sprigs
and minced green onions.
