QUICHE LORRAINE 8 slices bacon 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese 1 Tbsp. flour 2 c. half and half cream 4 beaten eggs 1 tsp. nutmeg or 1 Tbsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt Cut bacon; fry crisp and drain. Set aside. Add flour, to cream; add eggs and seasoning. Beat well. Fold in grated cheese. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell and sprinkle the bacon pieces over the top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 325 degrees until done.
