CHICKEN AND RICE
2 1/2 lb. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
4 c. water
2 c. rice
Mix rice, both cans of soup and an envelope of Lipton
onion soup mix with all 4 cups of water. Mix well. Add rice.
Stir. Place mixture in a baking dish. Place rinsed chicken on
top of mixture. Spoon a little mixture over chicken. Bake at
450 degrees for 1 1/2 or 1 hour. Check and maybe cover with foil so
