GENEVIEVE'S OWN TURKEY SALAD

1 turkey breast
1 medium onion
1 celery stalk
1 large can pineapple tidbits,
well drained and chopped
1 can water chestnuts, well
drained and chopped
4 c. celery, finely chopped
salt and pepper
mayonnaise

Place turkey breast in large pot; cover with water. Add
onion, celery, stalk, salt and pepper. Boil, covered, until
done. Let turkey sit in water until cool. Skin turkey, debone
and chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, pineapple, water chestnuts
and celery. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
