6 slices bacon
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
Fry bacon crisp and drain fat. Cook ground beef and
onion; add catsup, salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Mix
1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans
1 can butter beans or lima
Drain beans a little; mix together with hamburg mixture.
Put in a 3 quart baking dish. Put bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees
for 40 minutes.
