BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 loaf white bread
1 lb. sliced ham
1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 lb. sliced American cheese
1 lb. sliced Provolone or
Mozzarella cheese
10 eggs
2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
salt, pepper, cumin, garlic
powder and onion salt
3 green onions
butter

Grease large baking dish with butter. Cover bottom with
trimmed white bread. Cover with sliced ham and each of the
three cheeses in layers; repeat, starting with bread a second
time. Beat eggs, milk and spices to taste and pour over
casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Top with green onions. Top
with corn flakes and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
Mushrooms and/or green chilies are great in it, too!
Good for breakfast or luncheon.
