1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed
cream of celery soup
1/3 c. water
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
2 c. cooked noodles
1 can (about 7 oz.) tuna,
drained and flaked

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in
soup, water, 3/4 cup cheese, noodles and tuna. Pour into 1
quart casesrole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot;
stir. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
Makes about 4 cups.
