CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 whole chicken, cooked and
boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Topping:
1 small box Ritz crackers
3/4 c. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. poppy seed

Cut cooked and boned chicken into small pieces. Mix
soup (undiluted) and sour cream. Spread in bottom of 9 x
13-inch baking dish.
Crush crackers and stir in melted margarine and poppy
seed. Sprinkle cracker crumb mixture on top of chicken mix-
ture. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Hint: Put crackers in blender to make crumbs, a few at
a time.
