CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE|
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. flour
3 (4 oz.) cans whole green
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese,
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese,
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Beat half and half with eggs and flour until smooth.
Drain and clean chiles; add egg mixture in 1 1/2 quart casse-
role. Pour sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
