1 (5 oz.) pkg. (1 1/3 c.)
precooked rice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (6 oz.) can sliced
mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked
and coarsely crumbled
1 egg, beaten

Prepare rice according to package directions. Chill for
at least 2 hours. Heat oil in skillet; add rice, drained
mushrooms, onions and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 10
minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bacon and egg. Cook and
stir 5 minutes longer. Serve with soy sauce.
