CRAB QUICHE

1 (5 oz.) jar Old English
cheese
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 (6 oz.) can crab
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. half and half
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham

Mix together Old English cheese, margarine and flour.
Dough will be lumpy. Pat into a 10-inch pie or quiche pan.
Saute onion and pepper in a little oil. Sprinkle 1/2 cup
cheese on pastry. Add sauteed onion and pepper. Sprinkle crab
on top of onion and pepper. Mix together 1 cup Swiss cheese,
half and half, eggs and deviled ham. Pour over crab in pie
shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in
center comes out clean.
