EGGS-SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 8 slices white bread, cubed 1 1/2 lb. mild sausage, fried 3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 can mushroom soup 4 oz. can mushrooms Layer the bread, sausage and cheese twice. Beat togeth- er eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt. Pour over other ingredi- ents. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with mushroom soup and mushrooms. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 9.
