1 lb. spaghetti
1 clove garlic
red pepper

Boil spaghetti until tender; drain and let dry. In
heavy skillet, brown very little minced garlic and red pepper.
Add spaghetti and sprinkle oregano over it. Mix well with
seasonings. Salt and pepper. (Anchovies can be fried with
garlic and red pepper. Very good flavor.)
