GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE|
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced green
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
8 flour tortillas
Brown onion and hamburger. Mix soup with 1/2 cup milk in
small bowl. Put one tortilla in bottom of a 2 quart casserole
dish (round). Put a layer of meat and onion, green chilies and
grated cheese. Repeat until dish is full. Pour soup mixture
over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
