1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. cooking oil
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced ham
Brown chopped onion and bell pepper in oil. Add flour;
brown lightly. Add soup, milk and ham. Stir until slightly
thickened. Pour into baking dish and top with cheese biscuits.
Make cheese biscuits by adding 1/2 cup of grated cheese to your
regular biscuit mix (1/2 cup of cheese for each cup of mix).
Bake at 450 degrees or until biscuits are brown.
