IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN-BROCCOLI PIE 2 cans (5 or 6 3/4 oz. each) chunk chicken, well drained 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, rinsed and drained 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 3 eggs 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves Savory Topping (see following) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Layer chicken, broccoli and cheese in prepared pie plate (greased), 9 x 1 1/4-inches. Beat remaining ingredients except topping for 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with topping. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Savory Topping: 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Mix baking mix, nuts, cheese and garlic powder.
