MEAL-IN-ONE SWISS BLISS 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 lb. chuck steak 1 envelope onion soup mix 1/2 lb. mushrooms 1/2 green pepper, sliced 1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserve juice) 1/4 tsp. salt pepper to taste 1/2 c. reserved tomato juice 1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley 4 or 5 pared, chopped potatoes 2 or 3 peeled, sliced carrots 20-inch sheet heavy foil Spread center of foil with margarine. Cut steak into serving portions. Arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes. Arrange carrots and potatoes. Season. Mix juice, A.1. sauce and cornstarch in small mixing bowl. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up; cover and double fold edges to seal tightly. Bake 2 hours in a 375 degrees oven. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley. Place assorted garnishes on each serving, such as sliced tomatoes, thin slices of green pepper, mushrooms and parsley. Note: If round steak is used, bake 1 hour.
