MEXICAN HOT DISH 1 lb. refried beans 2 lb. ground beef 3 (6 oz.) cans green chili salsa 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3/4 lb. shredded Colby cheese 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 6 flour tortillas Combine beans, cumin, garlic and Jack cheese in double boiler; cook and keep hot. Cook meat; add 2 cans of salsa. Cook uncovered until most of liquid evaporates. Spread tortil- las with bean mixture; spread meat over beans. Roll tortillas. Place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour third can of salsa over top and sprinkle with Colby cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with tomato, onion and sour cream.
